Printing Turnaround Time

What Exactly is Turnaround time and how is it Calculated?

Turnaround time depends on the product you choose and every product has different turnaround time. Turnaround time is an approximate estimation of time for the shipment to reach your site once it is taken up for production on the floor ..In case of tight exhibition schedules and urgency we provide Rush facility for which extra charges will be applicable. On the right corner of the product description page approximate turnaround times and also Rush charges are mentioned.

Turnaround times are calculated in working days. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during which we are closed, are not considered production days and hence are not considered for turnaround calculation days.Turnaround times are calculated only after all Technical , commercial approvals are complete and fulfilled. Technical approval includes Art work selection and Finalization.Commercial approvals include payments made for that order and received by company.

Cut-off time is 12:00pm (noon) every day. All orders sent in the afternoon will be processed the following morning.

We put in our best efforts to fulfill time commitments for consignments to reach your site in time. Despite our best efforts, certain factors are beyond our control, and unfortunately can extend turnaround times (bad weather, mechanical failure, improperly prepared artwork).

Turn-around times refer solely to production.After we have shipped the consignment ,delayed delivery of material during transit will not be considered as delay from shipper side.
